根据《中国航海学会青年人才托举工程管理办法》，学会于2025年12月24日组织召开了第四届青年人才托举工程评审会，共评选出拟入选人30名，包括学会资助类20名、联合培养类10名。该名单已通过中国航海学会第十届理事会第三次理事长办公会审议，现予以公示。
