当地时间1月14日下午，北京时间今天（1月15日）早上，美国国会参议院以51票对50票，否决了一项试图阻止总统特朗普在未获国会授权情况下进一步对委内瑞拉采取军事行动的提案。参议院出现50对50平票的局面，身为参议院主席的共和党籍副总统万斯投出打破平票的一票。
