新华社开罗1月14日电（记者徐皓夫 姚兵）埃及外交部14日说，加沙地带停火斡旋方埃及、卡塔尔和土耳其发表联合声明，宣布由原巴勒斯坦高级官员沙阿斯领导的巴技术官僚委员会完成组建，将管理加沙地带。
