1月14日，*ST返利（600228）发布公告，决定终止对外投资及收购股权资产。
公司原计划以不超过2880万元的对价购买广州风腾网络科技有限公司60%股权，但由于客观因素影响，股权交割事宜尚未取得实质性进展。经过审慎评估及与交易各方友好协商，公司决定终止本次收购。
2025年前三季度，*ST返利实现收入3.15亿元，归母净利润-4478万元。
