1月14日，中国一重（601106）发布公告，控股股东中国一重集团有限公司将其质押的13亿股股份全部解除质押，占其所持股份的31.66%及公司总股本的18.96%，解除质押后其持股无质押情况。
2025年前三季度，中国一重实现收入65.30亿元，归母净利润-7860万元。
