1月14日，沪硅产业（688126）发布公告，因公司原第一大股东国家集成电路产业投资基金股份有限公司以大宗交易方式减持公司股份，导致其持股数量及占公司总股本比例低于股东上海国盛（集团）有限公司，后者被动成为公司第一大股东。
截至公告披露日，国盛集团持有公司股份5.46亿股，占公司总股本的16.52%。
2025年前三季度，沪硅产业实现收入26.41亿元，归母净利润-6.31亿元。
