1月14日，铜峰电子（600237）发布公告，控股股东铜陵中旭产业投资有限公司于2025年4月10日至2026年1月13日期间，增持公司股份491万股，约占公司总股本的0.78%，增持金额达1.5亿元。
本次权益变动后，中旭产投持有公司股份数从1.47亿股增加至1.52亿股，持股比例从23.27%增加至24.05%。
2025年前三季度，铜峰电子实现收入10.72亿元，归母净利润7991万元。
