鼻病毒是导致普通感冒的一种常见病原，大约30%–50%的成人感冒以及约15%的儿童感冒由它引起。主要通过飞沫传播和接触传播扩散。鼻病毒型别较多，不同型别间免疫力无交叉保护，且维持时间较短，容易反复感染。目前无鼻病毒特效药及疫苗，以对症支持治疗和非药物预防为主。（封面新闻记者 邱添）
