格隆汇1月13日丨中远海控(01919.HK)公告，于2026年1月13日，买方(即公司间接非全资附属公司中远资产管理)与建造商(舟山重工)就建造该等船舶，按基本上相同的条款订立该等造船合约订造六艘3,000TEU型集装箱船，每艘船舶之代价为人民币3.3亿元(相等于约3.7亿港元)，全部该等船舶之总价格为人民币19.8亿元(相等于约22亿港元)
