自1月16日00：00时至18日24：00时，“德浮15001”轮在日照水域进行海上火箭发射活动。安全管控区域一为以35-23.50N 119-35.92E为中心、半径3公里的圆形区域，安全管控区域二为35-23.50N 119-35.92E、35-19.44N 119-40.28E和35-22.30N 119-42.37E三点连线围成的区域。其他船舶禁止驶入。
