官宣！关于希腊签证申请的重要通知

希腊驻上海总领事馆谨此通知居住于本馆领区内（上海，浙江，江苏，安徽，江西，湖北）的中国公民及在华外籍人士，自2026年1月1日起，直至另行通知，所有有意申请赴希腊的申根签证申请人须亲自前往希腊驻上海总领事馆递交签证申请，目前只接受出发时间在1-2月份的申请。预计在3月后出发的申请人请等待后续其他公告通知。

申请人仅可以通过电子邮件预约，请将所有签证材料扫描版（请勿发送压缩包）发送至grgencon.shaads@mfa.gr。请书写邮件主题为：出发时间+姓名+申请人数+户口/居住证所在地。请申请人谨慎预约递交签证时间，若领馆回复确定的时间后，该递交时间不做更改。如有其他疑问，可发邮件至grgencon.shaads@mfa.gr咨询。

注：（因技术原因）请勿使用QQ邮箱发送。

Τhe Consulate General of Greece in Shanghai informs Chinese citizens and foreign nationals in China residing in the provinces under our jurisdiction (Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hubei) that starting from 1st January 2026 and until further notice, all interested individuals must submit their Schengen visa applications for Greece directly and in person to the Consulate. In January, the Consulate accepts visa applications for those whose departure time is within January and February. For those who plan to depart after March, please stay tuned for further announcements.

The interested applicants will need to first submit their visa documents (scanned pdf file only, not zip document) by email at grgencon.shaads@mfa.gr. Please write the email subject in the following format (Departure Date + Name + Number of Applicants + Hukou/residence permit location) and send the visa application materials along with your preferred appointment date. Please note that the visa submission appointment time cannot be changed once confirmed by the Consulate. If you have any further questions, please contact us at the e-mail: grgencon.shaads@mfa.gr.

• 如何判断自己能否在希腊驻上海总领事馆递交申请 Can I submit in Shanghai：

申请人户口所在地应为上海，浙江，江苏，安徽，江西，湖北。对于户口和工作地不在同一省区的申请人，须持有签发三个月以上且有效的居住证复印件。外籍申请人须持有签发 3 个月以上且签证到期后仍有效的居住证明复印件（面试时须出示原件）。申请人还需持有满足以下条件的护照用于申请：护照有效期在回中国之后不少于三个月内；不少于两页空白签证页；护照签发时间在最近十年之内且护照完整无损。

The applicants whose Household registration (HUKOU) locate in our jurisdiction in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi or Hubei can apply at our consulate. If not, the holder of a valid residence permit inside our jurisdiction, issued at least three months, is also eligible to apply. Foreign applicants must provide a copy of a valid residence permit issued at least three months prior and valid beyond the Greek visa's expiry date. Additionally, your passport must be valid for at least three months after your return to China, contain at least two blank visa pages, has been issued within the last ten years, and be in good condition.
