她谈到，如果现在要换房子，必须把房子卖掉，卖不掉，只能降价卖，才能换一套新房。“如果允许房子抵押贷款可以买新房，这个房子就不用降价卖了，我可以租，可以慢慢卖，这也是一条具体的可以采取的政策。”她说。
