据通报，2024年12月3日，福建省某建设工程有限公司（施工单位）在福建省三明市建宁某小区施工过程中未采取相应的安全保护措施，导致天然气管道损坏。
依据《城镇燃气管理条例》第五十二条和《福建省住房和城乡建设系统行政处罚裁量权基准》C104.52条的规定，建宁县城市管理和综合执法局对该施工单位作出罚款1.5万元的行政处罚。
