1月12日，钧达股份（002865）发布公告，控股股东锦迪科技因自身资金需求，计划自公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式，合计减持不超过873万股，占公司剔除回购专用账户股份后总股本的3%。
2025年前三季度，钧达股份实现收入56.82亿元，归母净利润-4.19亿元。
