北方股份1月12日公告，公司董事会近日收到董事会秘书赵志远的书面辞职报告，赵志远因年龄原因申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效，辞职后，赵志远将担任公司高级业务顾问职务。自公告披露之日起，公司董事会秘书职责暂由财务总监苏向军代为行使。
