Sunny Hill Apartment, located in the Sunny Hill neighborhood of Prishtina, is a renovation project infused with deep personal feelings and handcrafted warmth, designed by Studio27. What used to be a simple and ordinary apartment has been reborn after a one-year transformation. The core of the apartment's design lies in its close connection with the surrounding environment: its west-facing orientation allows it to embrace long hours of natural light every day, and the extensive use of oak wood runs through the entire space, laying a warm and natural foundation for the home. Every detail bears the mark of careful creation, making the apartment full of unique vitality.

坐落于普里什蒂纳桑尼希尔社区的桑尼希尔公寓，是由 27 号工作室打造的充满深厚个人情感与手工温度的改造项目。这座原本朴素寻常的公寓，历经一年时光的雕琢完成蜕变。公寓设计的核心在于与周边环境的紧密联结，西向的朝向使其每日都能迎接长时间的自然光照，而橡木材质的大量运用贯穿整个空间，为居所奠定了温润自然的基调。每一处细节都承载着精心创作的印记，让公寓散发着独一无二的生命力。

This renovation is a true "handmade transformation" that condenses the efforts and sincerity of the design team and their friends. Countless hours were spent on sanding, cutting, assembling, and finishing every piece by hand, instead of relying on mass-produced decoration components. This hands-on craftsmanship not only ensures the uniqueness of each detail but also injects sincere emotions into the space. The texture of the manually polished oak, the tightness of the hand-assembled joints, all reflect the dedication to the home. It is this craftsmanship that makes the apartment transcend the scope of ordinary interior design and become a concrete manifestation of a life dream.

此次改造是一场真正的 “手工蜕变”，凝结了设计团队与朋友们的心血与诚意。他们没有依赖批量生产的装饰构件，而是耗费无数时光手工打磨、切割、组装并完善每一件物件。这种亲力亲为的匠人精神，不仅保证了细节的独一无二，更让空间注入了真挚的情感。手工打磨的橡木所呈现的细腻肌理，手工组装拼接处的严丝合缝，都彰显着对家的极致用心。正是这份匠心，让公寓超越了普通室内设计的范畴，成为生活梦想的具象化呈现。

The design of Sunny Hill Apartment perfectly integrates artistic sense, playfulness and comfort, creating a living space that is both aesthetic and practical. The long hours of natural light from the west are skillfully utilized by the designers. When the sun slants through the windows, it shimmers on the oak surfaces, casting soft and moving light and shadow that fill the room with a warm and cheerful atmosphere. The space is not constrained by rigid styles; instead, it incorporates playful design elements appropriately, making every corner full of surprises. Whether it is the living area for relaxation or the functional space for daily life, it can meet the needs of the residents while bringing visual pleasure.

As the primary building material, oak wood is the soul of the entire apartment's design and runs through every part of the space, exuding a strong natural charm. The warm texture of oak not only brings a sense of intimacy to the 100-square-meter space but also endows the home with a timeless aesthetic. In addition, the selected BTicino's "Living Now with Neta..." series products are perfectly integrated with the overall style of the apartment. These products not only have excellent functional performance but also in terms of appearance design, they are in line with the warm and natural tone of the space, complementing each other and enhancing the quality of the home.

橡木作为主要建筑材料，是整个公寓设计的灵魂所在，贯穿空间的每一个部分，散发着浓郁的自然韵味。橡木温润的肌理不仅为 100 平方米的空间带来了亲切的归属感，更赋予这个家经典不过时的美感。此外，项目选用的泰科电子旗下 BTicino 品牌的 “Living Now with Neta...” 系列产品，与公寓整体风格完美相融。这些产品不仅具备优良的使用性能，在外观设计上也契合空间温暖自然的基调，二者相得益彰，进一步提升了居所的品质感。

Completed in 2025, Sunny Hill Apartment has become an excellent example of small-space apartment renovation in Prishtina with its unique handmade style and warm design tone. It proves that even a 100-square-meter small space can exude huge charm through careful design and handcrafted dedication. Every photo freezes the warmth of natural light, the texture of oak, and the sincerity of handmade craftsmanship, allowing this warm and lively home to be known and appreciated by more people.
