1月9日，随着冷空气持续影响，青岛奥林匹克雕塑文化园内部分河道已悄然冰封。尽管天气寒冷，仍有不少市民来此漫步，薄冰覆盖的水面映着暖阳，与岸边尚未完全结冰的潺潺流水形成对比，构成一幅动静相宜的冬日画卷。
