当地时间1月9日，巴拉圭外交部发布公告，宣布基于“安全原因”，正式废除此前允许委内瑞拉公民免签入境的法令，该措施将于1月10日正式生效，此后任何委内瑞拉公民入境巴拉圭都必须提前申请签证，接受事先的身份文件审查以及刑事背景核查。（总台记者 宫祥诚）
