1月9日，仕净科技（301030）发布公告，张丽华因个人原因申请辞去公司财务总监职务，原定任期为2024年11月13日至公司第四届董事会任期届满为止。张丽华辞职后，公司将对其另有任用安排。
在董事会聘任新的财务总监之前，暂由公司总经理刘太玉代行财务总监职责。
2025年前三季度，仕净科技实现收入11.11亿元，归母净利润-2.26亿元。
