1月9日，易成新能（300080）发布公告，公司于2025年11月30日召开董事会，审议通过了向银行申请不超过6000万元的并购贷款，以优化融资结构，提高资金使用效率。年化综合利率不超过3.60%，融资期限为7年。
截至2026年1月8日，公司已获得银行最终批复的并购贷款5995万元，此次贷款的年化综合利率为3.50%，融资期限为7年。
2025年前三季度，易成新能实现收入30.10亿元，归母净利润-2.65亿元。
