1月9日，国务院新闻办公室举行新闻发布会，介绍加快国家水网建设进展情况，并答记者问。水利部副部长陈敏表示，入汛后，水利部逐日会商233次，主汛期实行部长“周会商+场次洪水会商”机制，针对性部署防范应对措施；及时启动水利部水旱灾害防御应急响应41次，指导地方落实落细防御措施。
