　　柬埔寨华电西港发电有限公司的《守护海豚湾》短视频拍摄于2025年，影片讲述华电西港项目燃料管理专工杨龙（“海豚爸爸”），负责燃煤接卸、输送、存储管理，坚守守护海豚湾的信念。作为共建“一带一路”先锋，华电人以责任担当诠释大国央企使命，书写命运共同体壮丽画卷。

　　"Guarding Dolphin Bay" was filmed in 2025 at Huadian Sihanoukville Power Generation Co., Ltd. The film follows Yang Long, a fuel management specialist responsible for coal unloading, transportation, and storage, who remains committed to protecting Dolphin Bay. As pioneers of the Belt and Road Initiative, Huadian employees demonstrate the mission of a major central SOE with a strong sense of responsibility, writing a powerful story of a community with a shared future and serving as a lighthouse illuminating Cambodia's path to prosperity.
