每经讯，同辉信息1月8日发布公告称，公司接到股东戴福昊先生的通知，股东戴福昊先生本次解除股份质押1000万股，占其所持股份27.66%，占公司总股本5.02%。解质的股份已在中国结算办理相关手续，解除日期为2026年1月7日。上述股份于2023年12月8日被质押，质押权人为北京首创融资担保有限公司。
