新京报贝壳财经讯（记者韦英姿）1月8日，针对“上海移动要求家宽装维人员‘上门断网’”的言论，上海移动官方微博回应称，上海移动从未以任何形式要求家宽装维人员以强迫客户报修的方式诱导办理业务，相关言论与事实严重不符。“我们已正式向公安机关报案并获受理，将保留进一步依法追究造谣者及恶意传播者法律责任的权利。”
