三星电子于周三宣布，将回购价值 2500 亿韩元（约合 17.3 亿美元）的公司股票，专项用于员工及管理层的薪酬发放。
三星电子在提交的监管文件中表示，本次股票回购将通过二级市场进行，交易窗口期为1 月 8 日至 4 月 7 日。
此次回购计划，是三星电子于2025 年 10 月推出的业绩挂钩薪酬方案的重要组成部分。
