据潇湘晨报，近日，有消费者在社媒发视频称，在外卖平台点的茉酸奶（武汉洪山区光谷步行街店），喝出一堆木头渣，像一次性筷子的材质，随后嗓子感觉“有异物感”。 该消费者称，联系了商家要求自查，商家回复称是原材料问题，已上报公司处理。
