人民财讯1月7日电，据上海发布，上海市住建委、市重大办介绍，2025年，上海市重大工程完成投资2510.1亿元，完成年初计划104.6%，同比增长5.3%，连续4年保持2000亿元以上高位增长。年内30个项目开工建设（超计划完成16项），30个项目基本建成（超计划完成9项）。
