1月6日，中京电子（002579）发布公告，控股股东惠州市京港投资发展有限公司向中国银河证券股份有限公司质押1300万股股份，占其所持股份的11.13%及公司总股本的2.12%；截至公告披露日，京港投资累计质押股份为2715万股，占其所持股份的23.25%及公司总股本的4.43%。
2025年前三季度，中京电子实现收入24.01亿元，归母净利润2561万元。
