1月6日，国家金融监督管理总局陕西监管局行政处罚信息公示表显示，交通银行股份有限公司陕西省分行及相关责任人员因发放固定资产贷款不审慎、银行承兑汇票授信后管理不到位、超过借款人实际需求发放流动资金贷款、项目贷款贷后管理不到位被罚款253万元。牛某、姚某芳分别被给予警告，林某欣被给予警告并罚款5万元。
