苏美达（600710）发布公告，公司副总经理史磊因工作调动原因申请辞去副总经理职务，辞职时间为2026年1月5日。辞职后，史磊不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务，并将在中国机械工业集团有限公司内其他公司担任职务。
2025年前三季度，苏美达实现收入874.23亿元，归母净利润11.04亿元。
