北京商报讯（记者 马换换 王蔓蕾）1月5日，中国证券业协会官网发布“2026年第一批首发企业现场检查抽查名单”，上海频准激光科技股份有限公司（以下简称“频准激光”）被抽中现场检查。
据了解，频准激光主营业务为精准激光器的研发、生产与销售。公司科创板IPO于2025年12月8日获得受理。
本次冲击上市，频准激光拟募集资金约14.1亿元。
