1月5日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局天水监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，泰康人寿保险有限责任公司甘肃天水中心支公司存在销售误导的违法违规行为，被罚款5万元；妥军涛（时任泰康人寿天水中支营销总监）受到警告并被罚款1万元。
