格隆汇1月5日丨苏美达(600710.SH)公布，公司董事会于2026年1月5日收到公司副总经理史磊女士的书面辞职报告，史磊女士因工作调动原因申请辞去公司副总经理职务。辞职后，史磊女士不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务，辞职后将在中国机械工业集团有限公司内其他公司担任职务。
