2026年1月5日是农历小寒节气，江苏大学养生协会志愿者来到镇江市润州区金山街道风车山社区，开展“冬季养生 健康助老”活动，利用所学专长为老年居民演示讲解冬季养生茶的泡制和艾灸的使用方法，普及冬季养生与中医保健等健康科普知识。（中国教育报-中国教育新闻网通讯员 石玉成 摄）
