博盈特焊1月5日公告，公司董事会于近日收到公司副总经理陈必能的辞任报告。陈必能因个人原因申请辞去公司副总经理的职务，原定任期为2024年4月18日至2026年9月14日。根据相关规定，陈必能的辞任报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。陈必能辞去副总经理职务后，已不再是公司的高级管理人员，辞任后将继续在公司担任其他职务。
