1月4日，星展银行（中国）有限公司宣布，任命黎端为首席风控官，全面负责星展中国的风险管理工作，直接向星展中国行长郑思祯汇报。此次任命自2026年1月1日起生效。黎端曾任职于加拿大帝国商业银行、平安银行、渣打银行等金融机构。
