当地时间1月3日，美军突袭委内瑞拉首都加拉加斯等地，将委内瑞拉总统马杜罗控制并移送出境。
据报道，当天，乌克兰总统泽连斯基就美军逮捕委内瑞拉总统马杜罗一事发表评论。“委内瑞拉？”泽连斯基笑着表示，“如果这就是对付‘独裁者’的方式，那么美国显然知道下一步该怎么做。”
