1月3日（报道），上海浦东新区一商场内的儿童游乐场3台娃娃机内放了活体动物，有兔子、仓鼠、恐龙鱼等。顾客质疑机器内不适宜动物长期生存。
门店负责人：并不是直接抓取动物，娃娃机也经过了改造，隔离动物区与操作区，并安排专人看管饲养动物。商场回应：门店已将机器撤离，动物转到办公区饲养，并由专人看管。（现代快报）
