当地时间1月2日，乌克兰总统泽连斯基在其官方社交平台发文称，俄罗斯当天用两枚导弹袭击了哈尔科夫市，一处居民区遭袭，一栋建筑严重损毁。
乌克兰哈尔科夫州军政管理局2日通报称，当天哈尔科夫市遭俄军导弹袭击已导致19人受伤。
