据科技日报，1月1日，经过168小时满功率连续运行考核，中核集团漳州核电2号机组正式投入商业运行，标志着漳州核电一期工程全面建成投产。目前，漳州核电1、2号机组已投入商业运行；3、4号机组处于土建安装阶段；5、6号机组正在扎实推进前期工作。
