人民财讯1月1日电，据山西省人民政府，近日，山西省财政提前下达2026年困难群众救助补助资金54亿元。此次下达的资金专项用于全省城乡低保、特困人员救助供养、临时救助、流浪乞讨人员救助以及孤儿（含艾滋病病毒感染儿童）和事实无人抚养儿童的基本生活保障，确保困难群众基本生活无忧。
