据四川日报，2025年12月31日，记者从中国石油西南油气田公司获悉，公司2025年天然气年产量实现500亿立方米，油气当量突破4000万吨，均创历史新高。这标志着我国西南首个500亿立方米级大气区全面建成，对推进国家川渝地区千亿方天然气生产基地建设具有重大意义。
