12月31日，碧桂园在港交所公告，根据香港高等法院于12月30日作出的命令，清盘呈请聆讯进一步押后至2026年2月16日。鉴于重组生效日期落实及建议重组实施，公司将与呈请记录在案的各方协调，并着手申请撤消呈请。
