新下发的《公开募集证券投资基金销售费用管理规定》明确，基金产品持有期按7日以内、30日以内、6月以内为界、对相应持有期限的投资者收取不低于1.5%、1%、0.5%的赎回费。新规同时给予一定自由度，如个人投资者持有满7日的指数型基金、债券型基金份额，以及机构投资者持有满30日的债基，基金管理人可以另行约定赎回费收取标准。（第一财经记者 曹璐）
