北京时间12月31日，CBA常规赛第八轮的比赛继续进行，上海客场91-65战胜辽宁取得五连胜。赛后，上海队主帅卢伟接受了媒体的采访。
卢伟说：“我感觉真的非常感谢大家的拼搏，尤其是在防守端，无论国内球员还是外援，做得都非好，将辽宁限制到只得了65，可以说在防守做得很完美。”
