格隆汇12月31日丨珠光控股(01176.HK)公告，由于该等现有管理协议各自将于2025年12月31日届满，而公司预计其项下拟进行持续关连交易将于该等现有管理协议届满后继续进行，故于2025年12月31日，管理公司广州珠光物业管理有限公司与集团订立该等新管理协议，各自年期均为三年，由2026年1月1日开始至2028年12月31日为止。
