12月31日，黄岛区综合行政执法局披露，青岛西海岸新区城市管理局（青岛市黄岛区城市管理局）于2023年5月份在青岛市黄岛区银沙滩路的银沙滩路设施完善及电力配套工程项目和在青岛市黄岛区金沙滩路、银沙滩路、连三岛路的西环岛设施完善工程项目在开工前未取得验线确认书擅自开工建设，决定不予处罚。
