12月31日，海尔智家（600690/06690）发布公告，公司副总裁李攀因工作变动辞职，离任时间为2025年12月30日，原定任期至2028年5月28日。李攀在离任时直接持有公司69万股股份，占公司总股本的0.007%。
李攀辞职后，公司副总裁宋玉军将负责海外市场业务。宋玉军于1998年加入公司，拥有丰富的海外经验，并在多个重要职位上任职。
2025年前三季度，海尔智家实现收入2340.54亿元，归母净利润173.73亿元。
