截至12月30日，全国瘦肉型白条猪肉市场均价16.07元/公斤，较上一工作日上涨0.09元/公斤。原料成本支撑力度增强，且临近元旦，产品走货好转，支撑价格上涨。今日元旦备货增加，终端需求略有好转。且上游养殖端低价惜售，屠宰企业收购难度较大，供应收紧，预计今日国内白条猪肉价格或继续上涨。
