上证报中国证券网讯（记者 霍星羽）国城矿业12月29日公告称，拟通过支付现金方式购买国城集团持有的内蒙古国城实业有限公司（以下简称“国城实业”）60%的股权。交易完成后，国城实业将成为国城矿业的控股子公司。
